Eventyr Details

  1. By booking, the attendee agrees to abide by all the rules & regulations of Eventyr.
  2. The organisers decision is final in any and all disputes.
  3. The organisers reserve the right to bar entry to or expel from any event any person whose presence is deemed to be undesirable to the good and name of live role-playing and Eventyr.
  4. Metal weapons may not be brought onto the site. Camping knives may not be used as costume or props and must remained secured at all times in the owner’s personal tent.
  5. The organisers will report any and all illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
  6. No person will be admitted to the site or event that is under 18 years of age.
  7. No animals may be brought on to the site or to the event.
  8. Cancellations at least 21 days prior to the event will be paid in full less a £5 administration charge.
  9. By attending the events you are agreeing to participate in what is effectively a full contact sport.
  10. The organisers of Eventyr will not be held responsible for loss or damage of personal equipment or possessions whilst on the site.
  11. Every attendee must provide the relevant payment in full, together with a completed booking form.
  12. Your details will be held upon a database, you may request in writing to have these removed.
  13. Before use, all weapons and armour must be checked by Eventyr approved safety checkers, who reserve the right to ban any weapon or item deemed unsafe or unsuitable. Attendees must ensure that their props or weapons meet the relevant safety guidelines.
  14. Radio transmitting equipment, frequency scanners and pyrotechnics are banned for use by the attendees.
  15. Attendees are to make themselves aware of the particular site rules for each event. These rules apply to fires etc and will be available from the site websites, linked on the Eventyr booking forms.
